Hi,

I am trying to transfer my shares from DP to margin. I did that today morning and it was very easy, but now i have got some more shares in DP which i want to transfer but very strangely the option "dp to margin" has disappeared in the "classic" menu DP/SR report. It just shows, "sell from DP".

I tried calling customer service to resolve this issue but thrice my call was dropped while speaking to an executive today. I made about 5-6 calls today out of which the last 3 were dropped within a minute after i gave my customer id to the executive.

Does share khan does not entertain customers who call frequently? I feel very strongly that the calls did not drop because of some technical error but the exectives intentionally hung up on me.

If such is the case then share khan should understand that every time a customer calls he waits in the que for about 10 minutes every time and he would not call just for pass time. Apart from that new customers have more queries initially but this is how more customers would add to them and they would sedom call in future after they are comfortable using the softare, know all features as well as all rules and regulations
