I have changed my mobile phone with a new one, but the SIM is same old one which is my RMN with Groww. I have installed the Groww App on new mobile. When I register on the new mobile phone and enter the old SIM number, it says that this number is already linked to a Groww account, pl enter another number. My query is that why should I enter another number when I have been using this RMN. Moreover, even if I enter another mobile number, then won't it take me as a fresh customer and it may not show my previous investment details. I have Emailed this issue a number of times on support@groww.in. Also tried calling up on customer care number but they hardly pick up the phone. I have not got any reply so far. As a result I am not able to operate my Groww account nor I can make out as to what is happening to my investments. Pl help resolve the problem.
