Ashish, the number of shares we have on record date is considered. Now you are not eligible as retail investor but general or HNI investor..

So even if you tender 20 shares you will still be considered as HNI investor..

@Ashish I think you can still tender your shares. If you are lucky, some of your shares will be accepted for buyback.
