Kotak securities customer care level 1 and level 2 not replying proper to my mail as I want to change bank mandate but they are insisting hard copy documents in this pandemic situation. I have send all required documents by PDF file as e-documents but they are rigid. Since last 25 days I am sending repeated mail as I am not in position to submit hard copy in this pandemic situation and my all dividend will not credited in existing bank as it is merged with other bank
