My experience as a digital frenchise was also not good. Within 5 months they terminated my account on account of low business. I don't know what is their baseline, they never informed or warned about their baseline business amount.
Their CEO also not supported, he also took his employee side and without talking to us, he simply confirmed termination notice. I paid 18000 for 3 segment Registration fees and 11000renewal fees. Just after 3 months of registration they told me to renew and took Rs.11000!!! If they have informed me prior, I must wait for 3 months to avoid renewal but....

Their RM also not have sufficient knowledge, he ask for time and sometimes never come to us for response. RM never alerted me, never helped me to minimise cost and never helped me to grow business. Never gave me any supportive banner or pamplet etc as I am a digital frenchise. I asked too many times.

As a woman, my 1st entrepreneur dream got looted by them.
You all can learn from my experiences, they never talked to me how to save my frenchise, money and grow business, no proper training... Many times I told him that, since I am digital frenchise, this form is not applicable to me.


Now, I don't know how to respond my husband about the failure/loot.

Not only Kotak almost all the companies doing the same with their franchisee. They use these so called business partner as fishing rod just to catch the fish. My experience is much more worst with one of the top 3 broking company.
