Kosamattam Finance Limited is coming up with Public Issue of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Secured NCDs) of the face value of ₹ 1000 each, for an amount of ₹150.00 Crores ('Base Issue Size') " with an option to retain oversubscription up to ₹300.00 Crores.

Kosamattam Finance Ltd is a non-deposit-taking NBFC that is primarily engaged in the business of Gold Loan, lending money against pledges of household Jewellery in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, and Telangana along with Union Territory of Puducherry.

Allotment of the NCD's will be done on First Come First Serve Basis.
