Swajas Air Charters is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of Rs. 37.50 Crore. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 90/- at lower level and Rs 100/- at upper level.
Swajas Air Charters Ltd is a a Non-Scheduled Airline Operator, servicing a fleet of fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters across India. Swajas Air can fulfill various Aviation requirements which range from corporate travel to emergency medical services as well as from aircraft management to maintenance and technical support.
The issue opens on Sep 26, 2011 and closes for subscription on Sep 28, 2011. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The Swajas Air IPO is proposed to open on September 26, 2011. The IPO application ends on October 5, 2011.
Retail investors can apply in the retail or non-institutional investor category from September 26, 2011 to October 5, 2011. The Swajas Air IPO can be applied online through Net Bank (ASBA method) or the stock broker (UPI method).
The Swajas Air IPO will open for subscription on September 26, 2011. The public issue will close on October 5, 2011.
