O P Chains Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 1,850,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating Rs. 2.04 Crore. The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 11 per share.
O P Chains Ltd. (OPCL) is a north centric Bullion dealer of Gold and Silver and other precious metals specializing in bars and coins of various precious metals like Gold and Silver. It offers wholesale delivery of bullion to domestic users i.e. ornament manufacturers, goldsmiths, jewellers and semi-wholesalers.
The issue opens on Mar 30, 2015 and closes for subscription on Apr 08, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
The O P Chains IPO is proposed to open on March 30, 2015. The IPO application ends on April 8, 2015.
