Incorporated in 2003, KPR Mill Limited is a leading manufacturer of readymade knitted apparel, cotton knitted fabric and yarn in India having manufacturing facilities located at Coimbatore, Sathyamangalam, and Tirupur in Tamilnadu, South India.
KPR Mill Limited is entering the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 59,12,000 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 225/- at lower level and Rs 265/- at upper level for equity share of Rs 10. The issue opens on August 02, 2007, and closes for subscription on August 07, 2007. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
