KKV Agro Powers Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through NSE Emerge) with an initial public offering, IPO of 112,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 320.

KKV Agro Powers Ltd is engaged in the business of power generation from renewable energy sources, wind and solar. They are Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Renewable Power Generation company located in Coimbatore. It develops, generates, accumulates, and supplies electricity by setting up wind and solar power plants.

The issue opens on Jun 30, 2016 and closes for subscription on Jul 07, 2016. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of NSE.
