Published by : ET Now on MSNJiya Eco Products Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 2,412,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating Rs. 4.58 Crore. The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 19 per share.
Jiya Eco Products Ltd is an ISO 9001:2008 certified engaged in the manufacturing of bio-fuels viz. bio-briquettes and bio-pellets which is an alternative source of energy and has the ability to replace/are fairly good substitutes of traditional fossil fuels like coal, firewood, lignite, etc.
The issue opens on Jun 29, 2015 and closes for subscription on Jul 02, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
The Jiya Eco Products IPO is proposed to open on June 29, 2015. The IPO application ends on July 2, 2015.
Retail investors can apply in the retail or non-institutional investor category from June 29, 2015 to July 2, 2015. The Jiya Eco Products IPO can be applied online through Net Bank (ASBA method) or the stock broker (UPI method).
