Globe Textiles (India) Limited IPO is entering in the capital markets (through NSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 26,88,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 aggregating up to Rs 13.71 Cr. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 51.
Incorporated in 1995, Globe Textiles (India) Limited is Ahmedabad Gujrat based company engaged in manufacturing of Garments, cotton printed fabrics, home textiles and fancy fabrics. Company is also engaged in trading of yarns, denims and Non denims fabrics, Shirting fabrics and Jeans.
The issue opens on June 12, 2017 and closes for subscription on June 15, 2017. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of NSE (NSE Emerge).
