Encash Entertainment Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 1,098,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating upto Rs 4.39 Crore. The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 40/- per share.
