Ammana Bio Pharma Limited (ABPL) is in manufacturing of ethanol. ABPL manufactures ethanol through R.S., which contains 94.98% of alcohol and the balance portion as water. The Company has adopted molecular sieve technology to remove extra water molecules from R.S. The strength of ethanol produced by ABPL is 99.8%.

Ammana Bio Pharma Limited (ABPL) is entering the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of Rs. 2166.02 Lacs, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% book-building process.
 
The price band for the issue has been fixed between Rs 12 and Rs 14 per equity share of Rs 10. The issue opens on March 28, 2007, and closes for subscription on April 04, 2007. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.
