Advance Syntex Ltd BSE SME IPO to open on Jun 30, 2016 and close for subscription on Jul 04, 2016. The company has decided price Rs 12. The equity shares of the company to be list at BSE SME.

Advance Syntex Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 2,100,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 12.

Advance Syntex Ltd is engaged in manufacturing of polyester films and yarn. Company's products are sold under the brand name of 'MIDAS' and they are mainly used in textiles, flexible packaging, lamination, printing, decorations, advertising, paints, inks, craft glue, glass bangles, synthetic leather, floor tiles, walls, cosmetics such as nail polish, eye-liner, hair gel, lipstick etc.

The issue opens on Jun 30, 2016 and closes for subscription on Jul 04, 2016. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
