BASIS OF ALLOCATION

PUBLIC ISSUE OF 38,20,000 EQUITY SHARES OF RS. 10/- EACH AT A PRICE OF RS. 210 PER EQUITY SHAfiE FOR CASH AGGREGATING RS. 8022 LAKHS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE 'ISSUE'), INCLUDING EMPLOYEE RESERVATION OF 2,00,000 EQUITY SHARES OF FACE VALUE OF RS. 10/- EACH AT A PRICE OF RS. 210 PER EQUITY SHARE FOR CASH AGGREGATING RS. 420 LAKHS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE 'EMPLOYEE RESERVATION PORTION'). THE ISSUE LESS THE EMPLOYEE RESERVATION PORTION SHALL BE 36,20,000 EQUITY SHARES OF RS. 10/- EACH (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE 'NET ISSUE TO THE PUBLIC'). THE ISSUE WILL CONSTITUTE 31.63% OF THE POST ISSUE PAID-UP CAPITAL OF OUR COMPANY.

THE FACE VALUE PER EQUITY SHARE IS RS.10/-. THE ISSUE PRICE PER EQUITY SHARE IS RS. 210/- AND IS 21 TIMES THE FACE VALUE.

This Issue was made through a 100% Book Building Process wherein not more than 50% of the Net Issue was made available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers ('QIBs'). 5% of the QIB Portion was made available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Mutual Funds only. Further, not less than 15% of the Net Issue to Public was made available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non Institutional Bidders and not less than 35% of the Net Issue was made available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Retail Individual Bidders, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Issue Price. Further upto 200000 equity shares were made available for allocation on a proportionate basis to the employees, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Issue Price.
The Issue received 40,040 applications for 3,08,60,955 equity shares resulting in 8.07 times subscription. A. Allocation to Employees (After Technical Rejections)
The Basis of Allocation to the Employees, who have bid at cut-off or at the Issue Price of Rs.210/- per Equity Share, was finalized in consultation with BSE. The category was subscribed to the extent of 1.000050 times. The total number of shares allotted in this category is 200000 Equity Shares to 43 successful applicants. D. Allocation to QIBs
Allocation to QIBs has been done on a proportionate basis in consultation with BSE. As per the SEBI guidelines, Mutual Funds were initially allotted 5% of the quantum of shares available (90,500 equity shares) and other QIBs and unsatisfied demands of Mutual Funds were allotted the remaining available shares (17,19,500 equity shares) on proportionate basis.

The Board of Directors of the company at it's Meeting held at Hyderabad on May 27, 2008 has approved the basis of allocation of shares of the Issue and has allotted the shares to various successful applicants.
The CAN/Refund Orders and allotment advice have been dispatched to the address of the investors as registered with the depositories by May 28, 2008. In case the same is not received within ten days, investors may contact at the address given below. The Refund Orders have been over-printed with the Bank Mandate details as registered, if any, with the depositories. The shares allocated to successful applicants have been credited to their beneficiary accounts subject to validation of the account details with the depositories concerned by May 28, 2008. The listing application has been filed with Bombay Stock Exchange on May 28, 2008 and the company is taking steps to get the equity shares admitted for trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited within seven working days from the date of approval of the basis of allocation.
