[Dilip Davda] The company is engaged in the business of providing training, consultancy and learning services. Its focus area of service delivery has been under the domain of financial literacy and awareness. It posted hefty margins on a minuscule operation, which appears to be exaggerated to fetch the valuations. Based on FY24 super earnings, the issue appears lucratively priced, but it is a “high Risk/Low Return” bet, as sustainability of such margins going forward raises concerns.
