It is currently engaged in the business of ferrous metal products with diverse product ranges and has added high-margin products like carbon steel and alloy. It is expanding its capacity in such high-margin products. However, based on annualized FY23 earnings the issue appears fully priced discounting all near-term positives. Indian SME Investor	Apply for Long Term at Upper Price Band Very good IPO, Company has generated average EBIDTA of Rs. 13 crores annually during last two fiscals despite COVID, which is in line with Rs. 17.62 crores in current fiscal 9 months. Company has good book networth of around Rs. 40 crores and given ownership of properties, fair value of networth could be significantly higher than IPO valuation.
