[Dilip Davda] The company is engaged in the business of installation of façade systems for any premises (commercial/residential/industrial) and has created a niche place. As of March 31, 2024, it had orders on hand worth Rs. 50 cr. Its growth in net margins is attributed to its cost effective completion of projects and such trends will continue, as opined by the management. Based on annualized FY24 earnings, the issue appears fully priced. Lower equity base post-IPO indicates longer gestation period for migration.
