[Dilip Davda] After issuing shares at a P/E of around 8.5 through maiden IPO, it is now looking for a higher P/E of over 32 for this FPO with over 6 times higher pricing and over 8 times market cap valuations, making this issue a greedy offer. It is in a highly competitive field and fragmented segment bearing a risk of maintaining margins. We must keep the listing trends of many SME FPOs like MRSS, Madhav Copper, Meera Ind., that were greedily priced. Considering all these, there is no harm in skipping this pricy offer.
