[Dilip Davda] The company is operating in a highly competitive and fragmented segment of agrochemicals. It has posted inconsistency in its bottom lines for the reported periods. There is some garble in the offer documents on financial data. Based on FY24 annualized super earnings, the issue appears aggressively priced discounting all near term positives.
