main Point is how Profit is increased 60% though revenue was down 11% and borrowing also increased.

Which magical stick they are using, how they cut down their expenses to increase profits let us all know it, so we also can do it.

Though it is a big concern, i am applying for the ipo for only listing gain, if allotted.

Invest for long term and listing gain both, which ever way you want to go.

Is there any need to say? Lucky person will get the allotment. Hold for 3-4 dats, don't jump for immediate sell.

Avoid

If you want to invest in this company at IPO, better you keep your money with you, you will get at cheaper rate at the time of listing.

Price is aggressive, little high but looking at the prospective and future, one should apply.

Looking at the figures it's quite surprising how they are demanding such a huge premium. As per me not worth for 20 also.

Small IPO, for retail category only 452 lot available. So chances are very less to get the shares. Better not to block the money.
