PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited IPO	Apply Looks decent. At 6.78 FY 2023 p/e, attractively priced. Can give 30% listing gain. Only anomaly is company has in Nov 2022 sanctioned Rs. 10 cr WC loan from ICICI and now proposing to use IPO for WC instead of bank loan. Not sure why sudden change of heart !!
