Increasing borrowing

Only brand value, no real value

Clear avoid,, too much debt,, and profit to revenue ratio is very less

Financials not so encouraging. Also too much of debt

Issue price is very expensive. No room for investors. This will most probably list in discount.

Revenue is decreasing over the years. Also fake promotion is going on in CG messages. So sounds fishy and risky to me.
IPO price is costly. I would have subscribed if IPO prize was below 30.
