Company appears to be doing satisfactory work. Good they have not manipulated sales although some window dressing appeared in Profits. But that's normal. Only problem Getting allotment from Bigshare is next to possible. Best of luck.

Avoid

What an issue. Company loss making. Doesn't hold any assets. Reserves in minus. Promoters pre issue holding 41%. Most of issues 407CR is OFS so how much will left after issue. Management is very bold despite having such a colour full accounts want Rs373/ premium. Per share. GMP shown 100/ must be manipulated to lure. In an issue where full subscription is doubtful, who are such brilliant investors buying in grey market. Its better to deposit money in Bank Fd @8 5% then burning money.🙏🙏

Data appears manipulated. If you compare FY 23 with 9 months of FY 24 Revenue has gone down by 17% but profits have gor up by 133%. This might have been done to jackup the valuation
There is no justification of bringing ,Rs.2FV share @415

Reason behind my decision is the product, market and future of Sector. These tranformer wiring is required for every electronics item. As Indian Electricity and Electronics is going to grow manifold in coming 5 years. You can imagine the growth in Demand. Company is planning to enter export market too. This can be lucrative and increase margins further. On loan side figures are on higher side but its always difficult for small companies to initially get finance easily and payment cycles are high

Avoid

Small real estate projects are quite risky, unless you know their past record. How many projects completed in time or delayed, what land bank they hold. Before taking info on these two better to avoid all such IPO. Because if anything goes wrong its your money. Specially all thise companies which has done extraordinarily in preceding 6 months or so proves accounts may be manipulated. So be carefull. Don't depend upon GMP because we can't buy or sell in this market, so how to rely on these figure

All Companies bringing IPO have vanished from market. Because most of investors have lost heavily by buying shares just on the basis of manipulative earnings or hype created in name of GMP. SEBI got new head and let's hope he will try to implement stricter and better guidelines to protect retail investors.
