LIC has also burnt its fingers many times by subscribing to government issues forcefully or otherwise. So don''t go by LIC invest using fundamental analysis.
NII will not cross 20 times as per my analysis (not more than 28000 cr) and that too on a optimistic scenario.
NII quota: 1406 cr

@Lokesh Chiru Alone Bajaj Finance is financing its HNI clients with application worth 30k+ crores which is higher than your analysis. My guess is it will have bid for upto 50k crores which means approx 35x.

Zomato is food delivery system. I am surprised that Zomato''s expected Share MarketCap at Rs.60,000 Crore, is more than sum of MarketCap of 20 Hotel Chains and 10 Restaurant Chains listed in stock exchange !! *Its like..... Value of a Waiter (who delivers foods)/ or delivery staff, can be more than value of 20 hotels !* Yes, I m looking at new things with old eyes, where waiter is valued more than hotels. All Shettys, Kamats, ITC, Taj should close hotels & start food delivery only 😋😋😋.........
1. When that waiter has the potential to take new orders from new customers for potentially all hotels exists, that''s not waiter anymore. It''s like the Sales Department for thousands ( millions in near future) of hotels
2. When that waiter handles accounting and collects the money intake for thousands of hotels/restaurants, that''s not waiter anymore. It''s accounting department for thousands ( millions in near future) of hotels
3. When that waiter knows the customer details and choices but the hotel doesn''t know anything about customers, it''s not the waiter anymore. Its inturn owners for all those thousands hotels and hotels are limited to prepare food only.
harsh reality but true all those hotels you mentioned are nothing in front of that tech giant and it''ll get bigger and bigger. Margins of the hotels will keep declining (or remain constant best case) because they have a limit of customers they can cater inhouse but that waiter has no limits.
@Rohit Valuation has to make sense. Company might be great but valuations are absurd.
No doubt it is a great company and wonderful startup. 2500 cr Sales may be post pandemic it might reach max 3000 cr and asking valuation is more than 66000 cr. So it is asking for a market cap to sales ratio of 22 times and that too a loss making company. Think twice before applying.
Remember these:-
1. Buy a company at a fair valuation if possible below intrinsic value so that there is ample margin of safety. 2. Capital protection is more important then capital appreciation.
@Lokesh 100% Agree with you. I have no plans to open a long-term position in Zomato. I am based out in the USA and it''s common culture to order from Doordash (and Grubhub) here and it has nothing to do with Pandemic. Kitchenless homes are the future (it''s already here in the USA). When husband/wife both are working, companies like Zomato are saviours so the company will see exponential growth certainly. There are certainly many barriers like other competitors and the expense appetite of the population of India. I myself have a subscription for Doordash and Grubhub both here (costs $200 Per year) and I belong to a small town in India, I never thought I''d pay for subscriptions but I am paying it now. The point is eventually, Indians will end up paying for subscriptions (similar to Amazon Prime, Gaana, Netflix) and the company would justify the valuation. Time will tell more :)

Admin, With the IPO season hot, please do not allow queries related to payment and refund issues and also personal statements on allotment received/ not received. Customer care of banks/ UPIs, Registrar''s, etc. should actually be contacted on these issues. Such queries and replies to them are really taking sheen off this chittorgarh site.
In future if I''m not getting discount on order simply I''ll not order. so I''m not applying on ipo when it will give indications of profit is coming I''ll buy at higher level. with confidence rather than bu#lsh!t huge loss making startup. no promoter no impression. Thuk laga ke public ko chipka rahe hai high valuation pe. n people also crazy. anyways lets see 1month after listing how market show zomato it''s real place. Good luck.

Even if maintain same price in one year it will be part of Nifty given free market cap of the share. Hopefully they will spend amount raised smartly
