Zomota is loss making company and asking for Rs.76 (upper band) for FV of Re.1. The premium company is demanding is obviously very high at this moment.

But I am thinking from different prospects. Zomota is in food service platform established in 2010, one of the leading in this segment. Company has bright future and surly turn profitable in next few years and everyone knows market is paying premium for future valuation and not on current valuation. Take example of Burger King - This is also loss making company but still its is trading at around Rs.175 - (Future valuation).

I am not sure whether it will list above or below issue price and also for short term in what range it will be trading. But for long term, I believe it will give good return in 2-3 years. So I am going to apply and accumulate at every opportunity.

Burger King should make 133cr pa profit for PE to be 50 @175.

While, Zomato should make 1,200cr pa profit for PE to be 50 @76.

Gave just for numbers sake to get an idea. They both are into different businesses and need to look at different parameters for valuations though.

As expected, Anchor investors rush for this IPO. They have futuristic vision and this digital technology is the new generation business model which is going to be in limelight in this decade. They are going to grow multifold in next 4-5 years. Many digital technology companies are in pipeline to enter in primary market in next few months.

This is perfect issue for retailers to check whether third party applications get allotment in LinkInTime as issue size is big and retailers are not as crazy as in other IpOs.

In Indigo and CAMS how did you apply ? ASBA OR UPI & from Which bank ? SBI ? I am asking because at the time of karvy I usually got 3rd party app but not tried again in linkintime after unsuccessful allotment.
