Zomato subscription from retail investors looks good. But I believe this stock will trade around 40 in a week without giving any opportunity for retail investors to exit in time! I would be wary of this stock every single minute post-listing.

This is my personal view and strategy.
Since last few month I order food from both zomato as well as swiggy.
My avg order size is abv Rs 200 (5-6order/month)
Now whenever I''ll plan to order food from zomato I''ll skip zomato app. and for same amount I''ll buy zomato shares.
If company makes profit in future then I''ll make money or else I''ll take it as I have eaten food 🤣

I am new to this board. Please help me with this information - I have my demat account on Groww. If I apply for an IPO using my Axis Bank ASBA and if I get the allotment, then where will I get my shares? Groww or Axis?

While applying through axis bank ASBA, You have to input your demat account no. and depository (CDSL or NSDL). If you get allotment, definitely shares will be credited to your disclosed demat account. applying through ASBA is quite simple, secure and cheaper. one more advantage of ASBS is that applying account is not required to be linked to DP.

Dibyayan Chakravorty - To apply from Axis ban ASBA, you need to register your Demat account with Axis bank which is of Groww. So when you apply from Axis ASBA, allotted shares will be credited to your Groww demat account and you can directly sale from Groww trading account.

Can we modify our bid. Suppose I have opted for 3 lots and I want to change it to 1 lot or vice versa in ASBA entry. Is it possible or my application will be rejected? Bank is giving option to modify. Experts comments will be highly appreciated.

Thank you guys for your replies..I had applied for 1 lot on 1st day of bid and later on 3rd day I withdrew 1 lot and reapplied for 2 lots where I got 1/2 lot. Lucky me.

The priciple will not work all the times.

For example, in the Angel Broking script, all the Greedy people are benefitting.

S Chand only lost value since listing and trading at 75% down approx. and Angel has flourished 288% despite discount listing. So in case of angel those who become greedy among the fear are reaping the reward.

Which formulae should we apply to decide if to attempt or not? I guess if QIB are not recommending but the general public is interested so it can see good listing. At least 90/- listing I expect.

Retail is only 10% hence looking like a big figure. This issue is a long term investor story.

When Clear sciences and GR infra lien amount not released this ipo is nearly fully subscribed....wonder wht wud b final subscription figure. Retail portion cant b subscribed so early....this is a trap....b aware.

Retail portion is only 10% since zomato is loss making company...so the number of applications are so less that it should have got subscribed by 5X already...only because money is blocked in other ipos everyone is waiting for unblock to apply in this...

It is still 900 crore plus. Which is bigger than entire Tatva Chintan IPO. Nearly equal to IRFC retail portion. WHy do you think it is small
