Can I apply 5 different applications from AXIS Bank for this as Link Intime IPO?

Axis bank allows 5 app from single login

Employees think is this a Risky IPO or the allocation for Employees is Huge ??
A question bothering ..

Two possible reasons;

1. most of the start-up employees are fresh recruitments from college (young team) and they may not have Dmats or any idea or interest on share markets

2. in any start-up usually, ESOPs are most common after attaining two or three years of experience for each employee, some times it is the part of their offer letter itself for job, and these allotments will be at much lesser price (say FV 10 share at below 100 like that) and considering this fact, many employees cannot even digest this much increased (hyped with steroids) valuation (10FV at 720 - 760rs per share) after seeing the ESOPs prices with same eyes.

6 months of gold period for Zomato employees and no discounts.
Also for sale they will need approval fr Zomato.

One thing to be noticed. In this issue out of total QIB, foreign institution investors are more interested. They must have seen some thing big in it.

Looks like ICICI bank is not allowing to apply via ASBA it is giving time out issue last 45 min

Why wait till last moment... at this stage there will be rush and so ICICI bank''s server night get slow...

This is better than Tatva Chintan. Tatva Chintan GMP, listing can be easily manipulated because of its small size. But this is going to be FIIs darling.

How HNI subscription calculated, it is different than retail calculation?

@ IPO Calling: Here situation is different. No body wants to get out, but many wants to get in. Ist Class compartment (QIB) is most crowded, & wants to get in buying tickets in black.

Changed my mind looking at the QIB subscription. Market is king and will respect that. Applied 4 Zomato.

@Kring @Noorul, @sdz - To avoid last minute problem in ICICI direct, I applied just now. I noticed end timing for zomato ipo in icici direct is mentioned as 4.30pm against general timing of 3.00pm that icici direct gives. And this is only for zomato they have given, not other IPOs. Surely they are doing some "locha" or experimentation or testing with end time of IPOs. And that''s why problems are coming.

I believe even though they mentioned end time as 4.30pm, ipo might close at 3.00pm or much before may be like last time. Certainly many investors might get misguided. Apply carefully.

Thanks for letting us know. I just noticed it. May be because of last minute issues during previous IPO they might have extended the window this time for Zomato. Cheers!!

@Duckeye... Even i applied early at 1.30pm vs. 3pm cutoff in Yes bank. It was 10x then applied 365 lots expecting 30x. This is the negative of applying early in NII category

These subs are tiny

Am not applying , I had burnt my hand with sbi card . I apply ipo only for listing gain . Better I will apply in tatva . I doubt if everyone buy at ipo ?? Then who will buy at listing ?? Am not good in market but something looks not good . Sbi card was different they come at bad time during start of corona . But how a company only do business of delivery even not cooked themselves . I doubt about progress . Suppose if indiapost comes with ipo everyone will start panic and will chaos not to apply . In comparison Zomato is not near to Indiapost . This is just a delivery company not morethan this .

QIB is moving faster than HNI...

@Kunal When you buy at market price then you have to pay more and vice versa.
