Yes you can. I apply it through Groww app. when you apply for IPO you can give any UPI id you wish and this way you can apply 3 lots from different demat accounts and a single UPI id.

Comparing zomato with SAIL is a bad idea.

SAIL is a PSU which never give much returns to shareholders as its PSU and is in very high cyclical sector. Investing in steel companies is a not an easy task, if your entry is bad then you can''t get your purchase price till 4-5 years.
