Just a personal experience to share. I have applied last 10 IPO''s 1 lot each thru third party SBI ASBA whose registrar has been linkIntime. NOT a single time allotment received. However, using netbanking/upi I have been receiving a few. Can''t even tell that it rejects such applns as other forum members have got allotment for the same when LinkIntime is registrar. May be its bad luck all the time for me till now, still I have to say its very strange ;)

Wait for a day or two, Usually registrar sends mail for the unblocking of amts with reasoning.
Btw, in an oversubscribed IPO, allottment is purely luck and nothing else provided you are putting bids correctly.
