1) At what time do the IPO s listed share on first day starts trading , in my case zerodha app i am unable to trade it at 9:44 am whereas the equilibrium price on nse is increasing?

2) Also , who is allowed to buy/sell during this time.. ? is it full time brokers

There is no circuit limit in price determination it can even multifold in price determination

Circuit limit calculated on open price i.e. @ 9.45am

if price finalised @ 9.45 is 110 then upper limit will be 132 (+20%) and lower limit will be 88 (-20%)
