Had a discussion with the management, they want to create a parallel structure in Vietnam from IPO proceeds which shall further boost the top line and bottom line..They have long standing contracts with their customers and expected to perform good in their niche segment..

01 out of 02 application first time in life i was praying not to allot this IPO due to pure GMY manipulated but allotted now i am worry to loos 10 to 20% of my principle amt. kya yaar wase niklta nahi hai jab nikla to worry so please IPO mentor / guru please suggest should book the loos if open on negative ?

Following is a summary of the key details pertaining to the Market Making Arrangement: 1) The Market Maker shall be required to provide a 2-way quote for 75.00% of the time in a day. The same shall be monitored by the stock exchange. Further, the Market Maker shall inform the exchange in advance for each and every black out period when the quotes are not being issued by the Market Maker. 2) The price band shall be 20% and the market maker spread (difference between the sell and the buy quote) shall be within 10% or as intimated by Exchange from time to time. 3) The prices quoted by Market Maker shall be in compliance with the Market Maker Spread requirements and other particulars as specified or as per the requirements of NSE EMERGE (EMERGE platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited) and SEBI from time to time. 4) The minimum depth of the quote shall be Rs. 1.00 Lakh. However, the investors with holdings of value less than Rs. 1.00 Lakh shall be allowed to Issue their holding to the Market Maker in that scrip provided that they sell their entire holding in that scrip in one lot along with a declaration to the effect to the selling broker. Based on the IPO price of Rs. 103/- per share the minimum..........................

At present there are many good issues in Mainboard as well as SMEs which I can't avoid hence avoiding this Zeal for others who really wants allotment in SMEs but think twice before taking any decision.

@abc xyz  can you tell us criteria for deciding/selecting good SME ipo? I am not asking name. If you tell me your process that will helpful and I can do same in future sir. Here is my criteria.

I apply in SME ipo with below criteria.

1> must have ANCHOR quota
2> must Have MM. quota
3> must have QIP quota
4> All this quota must be >>> 55%. I want RII/HII should be less than 45%.

Since ANCHOR/MM/QIP is locked for 1 month and they cannot sell under 1 month. This will limit selling pressure.

Is this correct parameter to apply SME IPO? Please suggest @S Sinh

I think it's an average issue. The only problem is the timing. It's competing with other good issues and one have other very good options available.
If you study it's Balance sheet there is no growth from Fy22 to Fy23 in the top-line.Which I don't like.

The present Valuation looks good but business i / sector s not that charming.

But hope it will give reasonably good returns subject to market conditions.

one of the strangest thing is
if u see currently listed all sme ipo
where market maker rikhav securities
all are in deep red
i don't have answers of few questions...
1)why lead managers select this type of mm who don't play their role at all????
2)last time rikhav securities play some role is in Aura impex..where they bought some shares in pre opening, so aura listed at par
3)u can notice something that some person's (also with tag) promoting nd sharing positive points of company where mm rikhav,u can commonly see in all recent past ipo..

DESPITE ALL above reasons
i wondering why some low capital innocent retailers still subscribed this all ipo in search of "DARK HORSE"
u can see them in ipo page nd they are now trying hard to come out from this ipo's..

so i politely request low capital nd less risk appetite retail investors to don't apply all ipo in search dark horse

nothing like DARK HORSE

they predict 20 ipo's dark horse nd if 1 gave good listing then tbey start "MAINE BOLA THA"

just imagine so many FII,DII ,BIG HNI
not subscribing any ipo despite they have unlimited capital nd lot of inside information
still some innocent retail investors apply ipo insearch of DARK HORSE

last but not least
this is common message, not for this ipo
whether u have to apply or avoid any ipo
do ur own research

i apply many high risk ipo after my own research but i earned enough money to bear losses nd i have high risk appetite..

I am getting doubtful of the financials. In FY 20-21, company last paid dividends. Thereafter, no dividends were distributed. Further, promotors' remuneration is on sharp decline since FY 20-21, from more than 1 crore to now 45 lakh only in 22-23. All of these in spite of the fact that so called profits have increased 6 times since FY 19-20. 🙄

Respected Sirs, How can we know that a co. is doing 'Window Dressing' in their B/s? They are showing abnormal NP in the P/L st. by reducing their exp. & increase in their rev., their Assets are overvalued etc. Looking for your early replies as I am going to apply in this IPO.

Apologies. I thought I was replying under Vinsys thread & gave example of Other Income and Other Current Asset Schedule. Here in this case they had shown sudden huge jump in margins & no write offs though they had in past. There are lots of other issues too worth checking but can't recall now.

This IPO will be a success.

Growing sector, growing business, reasonable valuation. Though, somewhat bigger size can be a negative factor from listing point of view.

Fantastic listing. People didn't believe my assessment then. Even blockbuster IPOs couldn't achieve this type of listing. Almost 50% gains with very less subscription and easy allotment. Enjoy..

4 lot the mere pass.
Premium 33000 chal raha tha.
Listed 8000 discount and then LC.Still loss 30000 lot per lots.
Market maker is same.

I contacted one of my friend living in mahipalpur extension. As per his opinion, these type of companies are there in every corner of mahipalpur and are operating from rented floor. They may run away any time.

@Trueinfo  I am conservative investor, my gambles in Lloyds Lux. , Global Healthcare , Mankind and Magson, and my success ratio was 100% , before I bumped into Uniparts , Udayshiv , Itcons, Spectrum and Aatmaj.

The limited point I was making is a commercial plateform like Chdgrh has limitations afterall these IPO companies are advertjsement revenue source for Chittorgarh.com. They have very cleverly skirted , Avoid Tilted review, with May apply.
