@Palka: Don't follow this method. Zaggle is good company and you can apply but ur way of applying without any analysis might create troubles in future.

So Post P/E is just considering equity after the IPO and EPS for last financial year without considering additional fund raised through IPO will increase profit/reduce debt?
And if an IPO is OFS with no fresh issue then P/E and Post P/E will be same for that?

Here the P/E is high due to one time expenses ( zoyer deployement) and employee stock option which is reflected in consolidated statement. Otherwise the P/E is less.
