Experts particularly Eagleye mam.pls. explain the meaning of Re1/- GMP. As others have asked , does it mean that the mkt price of yes bank share is expected to be 14/- on that day. Still, advised that all must apply as it is "easy money". What is SBLM.

Will 75% of these shares also be locked like the current shares are for 3 years?
can i apply using ASBA by linking my low cost broker demat with my saving account? for example if I link my finvasia account with my PNB account is it treated as third party ASBA? Do I have to have demat account with my bank itself for ASBA?
I always apply in IPO for my daughter from my s.b. a/c through ASBA & she is getting allotment also

No physical form with cheque acceptable. Only UPI and ASBA, however, physical ASBA allowed provided your banker is member of SCSB and ready to accept physical ASBA form.
Can some one explain what is the concept of LENDING. Also, is there any lock-in going to be applicable to the new shares from FPO if I already have my shares in the lock-in?
There are traders who can borrow your yes bank share from your demat account for period of 3 to 4 weeks , for this period they will pay you intrest, current intrest is Rs7 per share. After 3-4 weeks they will return your share in your demat account with and they will pay your decided intrest amount also.
Talk with your demat provider or your broker if you want to lend your share.
I am not sure if you can lend shares which are in locking time of 3 years. Others can clear this confusion. Or your broker can clear this how much your holding of yes bank you can lend and how much not.
CaptSingh U can lend only free share of yes bank. Pl meet your broker to see how many share are free. It may be 100% or 25% depends upon your buy date.
Hi all, I have yes bank shares, which I bought at Rs. 75 and the current price is Rs.27. Now the FPO of yes bank is Rs. 12-13. can any one explain how to compare these prices.
you can't sell if you are in 3 year lock-in period.you can sell only upto 100 shares.Don't burn your fingers in this stock. This bank has no future. After quarterly result this stock will crash.
Well sir, I am not a person who can give advice of buy sell or apply avoid. I just explained you about share price after post listing of FPO.
I don't even can guess at what price yes bank will list on 27 July.
You can apply for FPO if you want to avg your holding. You can sell your holding on Monday at whatever price it is and use that money to apply in FPO at lower price Take your wise decision.
For this FPO anchor investors have already picked up stock value more than 125Cr and it seems a new born for Yes bank so hope for growth . We should go for FPO with own risk appetite.
