The Board of Directors of YES Bank, at its meeting held earlier today (i.e., July 18, 2020) has approved the offer price as Rs. 12 per Equity Share and anchor investor offer price as Rs. 12 per Equity Share.
The board also approved discount of Rs. 1 per Equity Share to successful eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.

Novice here. Had applied for 1000 shares at Rs 12 through Zerodha. Received the UPI request in GPay and accepted the mandate. Rs 12000 is shown as blocked. Afterwards i modified the bit and made it 2000 shares. Received an sms but didn't the get the mandate request. My account had Rs 23k, i thought the new mandate will be blocking additional Rs 12k only. Is is so? or the new mandate will again block Rs 24k along with the previous 12k as well? i didn't receive any request till now for the new mandate. On checking Zerodha console it is showing UPI status as "rejected by investor bank" with reason "UMN does not exist" but amount blocked shown is still Rs 12k. Confused, please help.

Fortunately/unfortunately, your application has been rejected. UPI mandate is very much tricky. You have nothing to do now. 12K amount will be unblocked on or before 1st august.

I applied for 25000 shares at 13. I m confident i will get share by 12Rs. Hope any way list around 14 to 15. I will hold the till tbis year hoping 22 one year for handsome return. I will buy more share if share falls below 10 also. I am holding good amount cash as well.

Smart People or HNI Investor may start selling before 1-2 days of allotment so selling may seen before FPO shares gets credited.... as Payin T+2 days.

I have applied for 5lots and confirmed the upi mandate. Again have modified the order to 6lots but not received new mandate. Even in status it is showing upi pending. Can any one help

After modifying the bid, I don't get mandate request.

Very good the subscription figure stuck at 93 instead of 100, so the allotment will be made @12 instead of upper bid 13. Those applied get a leverage of 40-50 percent.
