I'm baffled by allotments. I was in assumption that I could get 3 lots and ended up with '0'.

Can someone explain me why no shares were allotted.
It's not fair that no allotments were made even when RI category subscribed mere .4x times

Need not require to be panic. Good opportunity for long term investment. Can be accumulate from Monday. Price is not like to slip below 11.00 as new stocks of FPO comes to market.

This stock is currently highly oversold so my question is on Monday with new isin yes bank stock technical oversold status remains same or different right now its rsi saw it is oversold so can we expect bounce back or not experts please clarify this if possible thanks

This Yes bank fpo mess is created by SBI by bringing a FPO prematurely without bringing any confidence and stability in Yes bank. Even they could have planned for a smmaer fpo size instead of 15000 crores.... They are not satisfied with the loot they did in sbi cards... Greed will only kill... Only retail will suffer...

ISIN of new allotted yesbank share is IN8528G01034 whereas isin of old yesbank share is INE528G01035. So both isin are different. One can't adjust selling share today and adjusting it from newly allotted share.

One of my friend got email from cdsl about credit of yesbank share in his demat account. In email, isin number is mentioned which is different from listed yesbank share

Shares allotted have been credited to my Demat account just now .....

I find many questions regarding non allotment in YES BANK FPO.

Kindly note the following:

1. You can apply one application from one PAN of say person "A"
2. You can quote only one DP ID of person "A" in one application evenif person "A" may be having many DP IDs in his name.
3. Person "A" should not submit more than one application
4. Person "A" must be 1st account holder in the DP A/C which is quoted in the application.
5. Person "A" should be 1st account holder of the bank through which application is submitted.
6. DP of person "A" throgh which application is submitted should have same bank account through which application is submitted

If you follow above rules then your application will not be rejected

Sir, Admin, Pls clarify whether we can sell yes bank Fpo shares today or not? As I have already received messege "1000 shares of Yesbank created in your demat a/c xxxx8564 on 24/07/20 in respect of public offer - listing /trading approval awaited . NSDl."

The reply given by "Team Chittorgarh.com " is according to the rules laid down and theoritical.

If sell today, delivery to be given by 28-07-2020, 10.30AM.

According to the reply given by "Team Chittorgarh.com", the shares now being credited would be converted into tradeble ISIN on 27th. Hence, even we will sell today, we can deliver the shares on 28th, which is very much valid.

We will have to remember that nothing is certain. In case coversion of shares into different ISIN is delayed beyond 28th either on account of technical problems, court cases etc., then we will not be able to deliver the sahres on 28th, and they would be auctioned, which may ultimately result in huge loss to the seller.

Large operators may be in ..to provide profitable or at par exit to groups and individuals who have invested big chunk of money in this FPO. It is upto each individual to decide whether they wish to utilize these window(s) of opportunities which may open for a short period of time or hold the stocks till larger gains are visible.

Stock market is a game of probablities. At this stage probability is higher that the stock will go below INR 12 within few days of listing of FPO shares.
