Yes it's like dabba trading and no legal status
But it should be legal
I raised it 3-4 years back in this forum but no one cares
Now some broking house has also raise this issue (I think ramdev Agarwal of Motilal Oswal)

If this is possible,it will be first step to legality of gray market

It's a clear cut AVOID from my part
Can take it as a Final verdict

How to interpret these valuations and arriving at a conclusion to apply or not?

Main USP of EMT was zero convenience fees. Now Indigo also offers that on mobile app.
EMT has exposure of 72 Cr to Go Air, Yatra about 3 Cr.

Indigo is too expensive compared to pricing offered by EMT on other airlines.

I am not sure why retailers are applying in this IPO.

​@Np patel I was going through the above posts. This IPO was favorite for investors because of the defence sector. Was subscribed heavily and listed very high. You have not shared the purchase price and number of shares. It would have been better. Never regret for the mistake done but learn from every mistake. Now you have seen lowest of 52 week also.
Don't go for bulk purchase. Just follow SIP.
This is long time investment. You have to keep patience. If you still feel that this is going to be a disaster and you have some good scrip at good level in your views than you may book loss and enter in another share. But think many times before you take action. Hurry Makes Worry.
Profit and loss are part and parcel of share market. Even experts also make mistake in this market.

​@PKRAJ Thank you Sirji for your valuable response. Yes, I was going to to SIP, and buying in low qty so can average at low. I am having good patience and the reason i am surviving in this market from last 7 years. Just wanted to share: I got IRFC since ipo and i kept buying at every low and look at it now. Patience is the key.

I don't think it will be subscribed reasonable in QIB tomorrow like zaggle,samhi etc....in my view it will be less than 3-4x in QIB...better to skip it....too high competition in this sector with so many organized and unorganized players and too high valuations for yatra...

​@Phs  yes i am checking and posting very less in mainboard ipos regarding applying or listing views like before......
There are two reasons for that, first main reason is that i am not getting enough time these days to spend on CG or for checking ipos in detail as i keep more busy in my job/work....
Secondly i have stopped applying in mainboard ipos in bhni and i am applying here in retail only because i was not getting allotment in my 2-3 bhni applications continuously for all good mainboard ipos. And there are many sme's ipos at same time so i was focusing there only mainly for whatever time i am able to spent.....

but yesterday Easemytrip gained More than 11 % .

I don't see any reasoning behind this. Very likely operators are manipulating it. This would imply that EaseMyTrip can crash after Yatra IPO is closed.

Note: I am not a financial expert, this is just my perception.

Compared to Yatra, Ease my Trip is much cheaper. Yatra was continueously making losses since inception and only started making a small profifit in FY2023.
On basis of that Yatra comes at around P/E 207 whereas EMT is avalable at P/E 60.

Pros
- Registrar is LinkInTime, so allotment and listing will be fast.

Unlike Samhi, isme koi khela nahi hone wala.
Clear cut avoid.

NII investment in this IPO so far has been very less and with lot of negative sentiments around it would be challenging.

Very likely retail investors would avoid this, so it seems only QIB can save this issue.
