RVNL is coming with OFS at a floor price of Rs.119 a piece. This OFS is at a discount of about 11% on today's BSE closing rate of 134.35.
This is a disinvestment of 5.36% stake in RVNL
Opening on 27th July for other than retailers. For retailers it's on 28th.
52 week H/L is 146.65 and 30.55 on BSE.
This information may be useful for the members who take part in OFS. May give short-term gain also. But 52 week high/low is very difficult to digest in PSU.

I have done several times and got allotment also. Proprietorship firm doesnt have a different PAN and it is the same as of proprietor. I think name of the firm is not checked with name of the demat account. Everything is done with respect to PAN only. However, it is just a view.

@Akash Jaiswal  I tried adding my current account in Indian Bank as primary bank account.The trading account rejected it saying name mismatch.

Issue seems to the OK.
But reviewing the case of Rainbow Children Hospital which gave the share @542 and the share price was closed on 450/ Rs. Means a loss of Rs. 92 per share. But it's trading +1000 nowadays. Which suggests that perhaps Yatharth's listing may not be good but in the long / medium term it can give reasonably good returns. So seems to be difficult to decide. But those who can take little bit risk may apply FF. But This may not be suitable to others. Decide wisely.
