I have a question on disbursements of dividends. How do we know if the company has disbursed the dividends? I have not received dividends for ITC whose record date was May 30th, they were supposed to be disbursed within 45 days.

I appreciate any help on this.

6 working days always Basis of Allotment
and debit/refund can happen on 6 working day,,, specially low subscriptions IPO

1day ipo start
3day IPo close

6 day Basis of Allotment ( debit-unblocked-remove hold,RTA response) possible, not gurrented
7 day refund-debit
9 day listing... sometime early listing possible on 8 day

note-i am saying about working days,,

In Yatharth Issue, Retail subscribed 8.66 times compared to SHNI 32.34 and BHNI 41.76 times, resulting in better allotment chances in Retail. Same trend is likely to continue in forthcoming fancied Issues.

Power Grid today announced to issuebonus shares in the ratio of 1:3. Rs. 10 f v share one share against holding 3 shares. Shares likely to be credited during September. Record date yet to be announced.
