Currently Premium Sub2 - 28,000/- and Premium 10/- {Strong Buyer} @ 10:45AM ## 26 JULY.

Neither valuations nor subscription is giving any comfort , Ahmedabad Companies have muscles to Garner 10X subscription by setting/ manupulation and are greedily pricing their offerings.
Chemical Sector facing headwinds and for dyes - their end customer base Textiles and allied industry - is completely shattered.
On the lighter side Yasons page presentation reminds me of Bizotic commercial , another Gujrat based company , From Rs. 175 to 55/- nonstop lower circuits.

In the hindsight a judicious decision to avoid this offering from Gujrat. There were enough voices of caution including me , but euphoria and greed has disasterous wings.

Which one is safe bet among these two - Yasons Chemex Care Limited & Innovatus Entertainment Networks Limited with positive listing ? Please advise. Thanks!

In my view, yasons is good to apply, it won't list in discount....
from preference wise, shri techtex is better than yasons....

Company is subsidiary of Yash Chemex, BSE listed, which is in dyes and laminate chemicals business
Issue related expenses are 16.5% of the issue size (Rs 3.39 cr)
Based on working capital projections, 23-24 sales are estimated at Rs 49.42 cr, 34% YoY growth
YoY material cost jumped from 90% to 96.5% indicating commodity nature of business and products. Segment revenue breakdown shows that over last 2 years, trading sales have grown 4.5x whereas manufacturing sales have grown much 0.9x
Other income has jumped from Rs 27.42 lacs in 20-21 to Rs 423 lacs in 22-23. Key components of other income are “other income”, share of profit in investments in LLP and commission income. Future sustainability of these is not known
Total PBT of last 3 years – Rs 854.52 lacs , Total CFOB4T of last 3 years – Rs 362 lacs, main reason being increase in inventory
Post IPO promoter holding will be 51.47%

On top of all this, asking valuation is 22x. all large peers meghmani, ultramarine etc are trading at 9-15 p/e.

JFL promoters are third class people.....don't give your hard earn money in those hands. Exit at IPO price which is coming. They will not let investors earn.

Retail (very fast) running ahead of HNI. Retail Investors have become risk takers and they apply in any issue.
SME space is overcrowded now. I also apply but after selling in grey

Those who sell & apply, apply in rii caregory, also hni come last day last minute.

Additional few thousands in sub2 rate is provided for day-1 bidding.
Atleast my broker does that.

For BSE listed, it is a bit difficult. The shares who have listed within 1 year appear in BSE SME IPO index wherein all the corporate announcements are declared. Another option is board meetings feature on website of bsesme dot com.

For NSE listed, nseindia > corporate action > board meeting (for upcoming) and announcements for already posted results OR screener dot in > upcoming results > NSE SME and simultaneously recent results > NSE SME.
