Since retail is more than NII, share from NII will be moved to retail to make equal over subscription right?

Found couple of BOA's one for BB and one for fixed price.
Recent examples are Service care which was BB type IPO, NII allocated shares were not transferred even though Retail Sub > NII Sub.
While in Magson IPO which was fixed price, NII allocated shares were transferred to Retail as Retail Sub > NII Sub.

@GrayIsTheNewBlack  Sir , Applied 2 small app in hni after getting frustrated from non stop non allotment. Rest of the funds saved for shri. In yatharth not more than retail as it's business profile is concentrated and risky.

If applied after respective bank's cut-off time, then they may deny/reject the mandate initiation request.

Morning in zerodha i faced same issue, waited 3 hrs..but then cancelled my application and then again applied.

Even if they sold ipo at 23 and lisitng is 23.85, how is the IPO good?

That reflects the diluted value after bonus shares were issued 3 for 2 post listing. Please understand and validate before you share any information that can mislead people.

With respect to whether this IPO is good or not, again do your due diligence and go through RHP to come to a conclusion. Or can use DD sir’s reviews also to help.

In this ipo QIB is absent.
Only 5.25% share of Market maker.
Rest is with Retail + HNIs.
The history of Aatmaj may be possible, but Rs. 5 per share is risk ( at the max) Those who can take this much risk can apply

@abc xyz  I echo with you 100% . This may list on premium but SME IPO of 20Cr without QIP is big risk.

Just HNI & RII, will sell post listing.. so Aatmaj eposode may get repeated ...

risk mgmt is key. I am avoiding. Money saved is money gained. just for shake of allocation.. we should not burn our figure.

MM portion at least 20-25%
QIP portion at least 25-30%
HNI & RII less than 50 %

So what will happen ..HNI/RII if start selling than also , selling pressure will not be there. This is my thumb rule..What you suggest sir!!!!

First time applied in HNI Category, for previous IPO's applied only in Retail.

I listened to there investor call, things looked OK.

I had just one question in mind the promoter are already having a listed company then why they do not do expansion in current company and they go for a new listing, is it a kind of strategy or a way to save certain Taxes.

Sme market is hot right now and you can bring ipo at extremely rich valuations. So, everyone is trying to take advantage of the current euphoria in the market.

Hard luck no allotment in HNI as subscription figure just bumped upto 40X at last 30 minutes, I applied for 20X only.

Is it unusual that their site is not working (Message - "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded") on last day of subscription when everybody wants to know who they are and what exactly they do? This doesn't instill confidence, at least in me. Also, someone compared it with Bizotrek, then is it really worth that hype what gmp is projecting?

Kindly suggest experts which one will have better chances of allotment in retail or hni .I'm applying in sme from last 1.5 year but no allotment till now . Thank you in advance.
