This delay in allotment was caused due to the employees of Beetal not reaching on time in office as their cabs got delayed.

Note - Beetal employees use cabs of WTI.

These shameless people are sending the same copy-paste draft to everyone.

Why can't they comply with the T+3 mandatory listing rule for IPOs? This came into effect from 1st December, 2023.

They had ample time to accommodate for this change in their allotment process and software, but who cares?! Their last IPO was in February 2023! What were they doing for one year?!

Beetal Financial must be heavily penalised for incompliance to the guidelines.

This is not only a waste of investor time, but also disruption in their fund management plans due to late unblocking/debit from their bank accounts.

​@Marwari Investor Jai Shree Shyam Now it is clear that these RTA people does not know the format which has to be forwarded to the NSE for approval to announce the allotment basis, or they might have done some mischief in finalizing the allotment. Otherwise why the NSE keeps it pending overlooking the SEBI guidelines

Friends instead of doing fun, please raise your concern to company secretary in this mail cs@wti.co.in also to register beetal@beetalfinancial.com. In our country without written complain, no one bother about verbal communication and message board.

Friends , Now start mail to register for the prompt refund after allotment, Next 2 weekend, may be they leave early from office today as Friday. who knows when that will come....

Since they are struggling with allotment I am sure they will struggle more with refunds.... very bad vibes I'm getting... preparing myself for lots of email and 7-10 days delay in refund!

Now the error got changed.
Earlier site was opening and clicking on IPO was giving 503 service not available error.
Now got worst, site itself not opening and givimg 503 service not available. 🤣🤣

It seems betaal is not a serious registrar's since it has many others prime works too in hand to do

I called Beetal, they told due to technical issue allotment is delayed & will done by 4PM

Oh God, Worst registrar of all time.

Its high time now SEBI should fix the timings of allotment... like between night 10 to 12... so that nobody keeps on waiting & refreshing websites... on late allotment these registrars should be heavily penalised & a late fee of Rs. 200 per hour should be given to each applicant.

Good Idea!
Even if we didn't get any allotment, Alteast we can get a honorarium of Rs 200 for our efforts / patience

What will happen if you check allotment at night or next day? Its not like you will get allotment only if you check it when allotment is out. If allotted you will definitely get it and no need to check.

This registrar will give allotment after 15 mins of listing

when I entered PAN details l, it is showing this msg "PAN NO. NOT FOUND" does this mean not alloted ? Please advise. Thanks
