Sir, with due respect, I don't think that this is just a case of unjust impatience. Expectations have been set in by new IPO allotment rules, expectations which other registrars have been able to meet in issues big and small.

The frustration stems from the fact that this divergence is interfering with other investment options, in which members could have been indulged in.

हम समय के साथ आगे बढ़ चुके है बंधु। अब पीछे लौटने का कारण कुएं के मेढक नही हो सकते। जो नही चल पा रहे साथ उनको बिछड़ना पड़ता है। ये रजिस्ट्रार के साथ भी लागू है।

Also, it's about planning....if there was any good IPO closing today, many would have missed it as money wouldn't have been un-blocked.

if they are struggling to make allotment, how many days will they take to unblock funds? won't be surprised if unblocking of funds goes till tuesday or wednesday. if they don't know how to do it, they shouldn't be in the business.

समय के साथ सब चीजें सही लगती है।
50 साल पहले हमारे दादा जी लोग बैलगाड़ी में चलते थे, फिर साइकिल में चलना चालू किया, फिर मोटरसाइकिल और कार से चलने लगे, जिसके पास पैसा है वह प्लेन से भी चलता है।
अब अगर मैं अपने बच्चे को वापस बोलूँ कि तू बैलगाड़ी से चले जा अपने गाँव।
तो क्या वह उचित होगा।
Now when SEBI is expecting real time / T+1 hour settlement in secondary market.
T+3 is already excess time.
Here we are getting allotment in OFS within same day.

You cant calm down people boarding in bullet train but runing speed is like passengers local train 🙏

Can you say this to SEBI, By today, all the allotment should be done and shares should reached at demat account of allottees, so that on next working day, i.e. Monday it can be traded. Yahan to basis hi final nahi hua hai, how company will list on Monday and whose shares will be traded.

I am sure this will be done within 2-3 years.
IPO open days can be reduced to 1 day, allotment and credit of share to demat on 2 nd day, listing on 3 rd day.

In these technical days we expect results in fraction of second. Why to wait for prolonged time

Change is constant and one should adopt it.
Impatience or negative commentary isn't productive.

For those with very high expectations. I consider T+1 as extremely late - why not instant allocation in real time on "First come first served" since transactions can happen instantly? Lottery system is old school just like in Dadaji times.

​@Piyush Ji not supported negative words. At the same time registrar must obey duties carefully. If they allot and release fund at or before 11:59:59, are technically ok but not acceptable at all
