My friend got allotment in WTI Cabs this was his like 40th SME Application in Retail in last 1-2 year's.

I got allotment recently in Emmforce IPO in retail category. I always apply 1 or 2 lots if there is no mainboard IPO. I was trying in SME IPOs from last 2 years. This was my first SME allotment.

Have been applying for a year in Retail with 2 accounts. No luck.

If retail application gets allotment, his money gets doubled or 50 percent increase Hence, there is lot of competition. If you gets one allotment in a year, it is great great return.

Applying from last 8 years, applied more than 170 sme ipo, still not allotted

Allotted only in main ipos not sme ipos

Applying since last 4 to 5 years innsme retail. Got allotment 1 in last march and 1 in April.

​@Unknown Man Allotment proceess hi band kar do, directly do listing and ask investor to buy on listing. 🤪

It might also be better if they just alotted proportionately even if it is a partial lot. So you might get 1000 shares in a 3000 share lot. It would remove uncertainty and unfairness in allotment process.

And results date is not announced yet

One thing it is a genuine and a growing company. Share price may fall/go up due to market play, but the business is stable.

I am no one to suggest what to do for others. Kindly go through RHP and website to instill confidence in the company.

Hope your decision is not only on our confidence but primarily on a study of RHP, financials and website of the company.

For example when the IPO opened I had a pretty normal view on this company. Didn't go through RHP. Just a basics of financials and how it operates. and thought to exit with good listing gains. Once it got listed poorly, I thought to hold it till results.

Then when the probability of bulk deal came in (All thanks to @rohiitian sir), I started studying this company in detail. Right from RHP, website of the company and various social sites. I was quite impressed and hence decided to add even at 66.

Now even if comes to 60, it doesn't affect me since I have confidence in my study and ofcourse Rohittian sir's backing is always there.

So hence the main point of all of this is do your own study and you will be confident :)

I have gone through RHP EBIDTA margin is very low around 3.5%, one good thing I found is that sale of their own brand products are in increasing which can lead to increase in OPM or EBIDTA margin.... Please let me know what did I miss

Looks like another bulk buyer entered today - large 1min volume candle. Touch and go whether it's large enough to be declared in bulk deals - let's see

Finally the result dates out :)

For Aspire- 30th May
For Atmastco- 29 May

May ending is going to be very exciting given so many SME results- Aspire,Atmastco,Aluwind and AVP Infracon.

Interestingly all A's for me and hope them to deliver O+ :)

​@rohiitian one more thing I wanted to share. There's another A which I have entered today Arvind Shipping. Tomorrow are the results. IPO was priced at 45 and opened at double ,now at 51.

Given you have a significant knowledge of ABS, are you aware of Arvind shipping's study done during IPO?

​@CA Saurabh Bansal I haven't entered ABS because of double listing. Was aware that it may shoot up and I may have to give it a go if it runs up like KPGEL.
As of now, the LC is strong and will break in 2-3 sessions but then significant upmove can come given reasonable valuations and tailwinds.

I have entered Arvind shipping today, available near IPO price and tomorrow expecting results. It is a double edged sword, if the results come bad, the stock may get battered. The stock got listed at 2x but has been in continuous downtrend with dismal low valumes. Lets see what happens tomorrow :|

No bulk deal in Aspire but now days I am seeing Ankush Kedia is purchasing so many SME shares.

Yup I meant followed only.

Have a light knowledge of Arvind - the biz is a pretty simple one compared to ABS. ABS does everything - chartering, ship owning, crew management etc. Arvind is simply a barge rental company, they do not manage anything, or even provide manpower. Not very exciting, but financials trajectory is good, so hopefully results will be good 👍 Diligent IPO Learner

​@rohiitian I am not able to make money in secondary market so do you have any secor or stocks in mind where we can do positional trading for 6 months to 1 years... I am just earning 10%- 12% in a year on my capital which is not good in this bull market 😩

​@CA Saurabh Bansal I do not track daily movements. It is a long term play for me. If at all big money needs to be made, tracking and judging daily price movements should be avoided.

I've 2 concerns with Winsol
- Growth very low given sunrise sector (peers growing 50%+, while Winsol at 10% incl FY24E)
- Small order book of 1 yr sales (peers have 2-3 yrs)

Also Konstelec, a direct peer, came out with doubtful results (strong topline, but questions are there on PAT treatment in H1 vs RHP), it will hit a couple of LCs which can dampen mood here. Winsol has declared good margins YTD, but market might doubt after Konstelec.

I feel anything above 30 FY24 PE (~200% GMP) is overvalued territory given low visibility on future prospects, until fresh orders are won. Recommend to watch pre-open closely and gauge euphoria while listing.

Isn't order book 98cr.. that's 1.5x of full year estimated sales.

Rev Growth is 25% which is decent enough..

And I agree on margin front.. EPC business generally iß at 4-5% pat margin.. they are showing 13% which will not be sustainable.
