This is a million dollor question. Even I hold a lot.

My strategy is to sell in pre open if this one lists above Rs 200/- premium. As per GMP this one is quoting around 210/- now.

If this lists below 200 premium, I will hold for a few days.

As such this has a potential (due to small size and speculation) of going upto 1000 in a few weeks/ months time.

I too, generally, dont keep shares for very long (barring a few).

Wish you good listing gain / post listing gains.

1000 rs highly unlikely in short term in my humble opinion. It can not trade at 11x mcap to sales give that we have only 98 cr of orders visibility.

Total issue size was 31.15 lac shares
Total buyers in pre open 31.20 lac shares
Total sellers in pre open 3.60 lac shares

Still not any upi got unblocked in winsol, applied retail through kotak,bob,bandhan bank,HDFC & ICICI.

All are still blocked, only 1 hni idfc asba got unblocked.

Zero allotment in both categories & huge amounts still blocked, waiting , we cant invest in secondary market

Let me take another stab at it. I did post something last night but I believe I shared link to X so admin might have deleted it.

Anyways..

At 75 rs, 52cr rev current mcap is 23.36cr

💭Full year rev is expected to be 52+13.65=65.65cr ( in RHP they mentioned 21 cr invoice raised by mar end 2024, assuming they get only 13.5 as their receivables are 30%+).

📌World over reasonable valuation for EPC companies is 2x mcap to sales. Which means it should be at ~131cr

That's is equal to 131/23.36 = 5.6 times.(Assuming no equity dilution)

✳️Share price comes out to 75*5.6= 420rs.

So it may list at 270..but can go up to 420 ..maybe not immediately but after some time.

✴️Konstelec is at 450cr mcap for 215cr revenue.

​@Unknown Man I fully endorsed your view and calculation. Being professional we used to escalate the same way of various project reports during 1990 to 2003 after that busy in managing office and other activities so somehow out of touch now u refreshed me again ....txs

I think @newgen consultancy Also mentioned somewhere that it may double post listing. Would be interesting to know more comments from him.

Even with the revised calculations, and given how Konstelec results came in, its better to hold before getting into new positions, as the stretch in Winsol is hyped more compared to Konstelec given no backing performance. Anything near to 170-190 range if it arrives in near term is a good spot to get in. Above 200-220+ its better to ride it funds are not an issue for the allottees. @Unknown Man  @PLAZA @IPOGainers
