this time, today, no body is applying subscription figures. it seems that Ppl are so much engrossed in applying IPOs that they forgot to build on to their Chittorgarh reputation.. ;0)

Windlas Biotech, manufacturer of pharmaceutical formulations, initial public offer (IPO) opens for subscription today and the three-day issue will conclude on August 6. The price band has been fixed at Rs 448-460 a share for the public offering. The IPO comprises fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 165 crore and and an offer for sale of up to 5,142,067 equity shares. The issue was oversubscribed on the first day of the bidding.

On the second day, the issue has been subscribed at 7.06 times, led by good response from retail portion. The retail investors'' category has been subscribed 13.52 times, whereas that of non institutional investors at 1.12 times and QIBs 0.04, BSE data showed.


Windlas Biotech grey market premium (GMP) were around Rs 130. The grey market is an unofficial platform, wherein trading starts after the announcement of IPO price band till the listing of IPO shares. The company''s shares will be listed on NSE and BSE.

windlas might be a good bet given the current pharma theme, but watch out for this as its commanding gmp almost to NIL

NII are not interested/Many IPOs/ dont have fund/lack of liquidity due to many IPOs/ high interest rate/ poor quality offer/ offer price not justified/high risk reward/ stock market at peak/ heard mentality/ market sentiment/ fake news and many more.
Take your decision yourself and dont go by GMP. Its only one of indicator that changes every hour.

Delete the application from where you had applied from then soon your bank will unblock your money then apply a new application.

Generally noticing that for this IPO of Windlas Biotech, there are multiple new members who are giving various reasons to apply in this IPO and defending the financial performance. Nothing wrong...nothing right...each one to their own...just saying! :)

Old members are HNIs or with > 10 accounts. They have seen good and bad days. New member have seen only good days and have 1-2 account. Chance of getting allotment for new members is slim and so is chance of making loss.
