As far as mep infra is considered this company has huge debts and has not delivered profit from last 6years though Ebita in fy 14 was 36 cr and pat was loss 117 cr highly debt infra co. will toll management huge risk one may give a risk reveneu 1200 cr but comapnybhas huge losses simply Avoid it will be discounted share

MEP Infrastructure Developers, a public works developer and toll manager that received approval for the IPO from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in December, is looking to raise Rs.360-400 crore.

IN REC OFS ON 08-04-2015 IN MY CIRCLE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE APPLIED FROM RS. 325-332.35 BUT NOBODY WAS ALLOTED EVEN A SINGLE SHARE.
BUT REF/ TO complaint against this type of gambling in SEBI, IN MY OPINION OPERATORS ARE TOO BIG AND STRONG AND THEY DO MANUPULATION ,IN TAKING CONFIDENCE TO SEBI ,IN SUCH A PLANNED WAY THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE BY US EASILY. IF ANY THING CAN BE DONE WE SHOULD INVOLV SOME GOOD LAWERS IN THIS MATTER AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION

it is better if we write to SEBI that FPO is better than OFS. as FPO has fix price range. retail can apply at cut off price & can get shares . OFS is open for one day & we can not apply thru ASBA. Also brokrage is added in OFS.
