If we considered key concerns reduced oil price is not seen on balance sheet
Secondly Directors have pending issue
The good thing work is price band offered as compared to listed peers
As far as Anchor are concerned I think they even actively participated in Monte.
So I think it justifiable to see Nii and Qib response becathey are the only one to make listing gain possible. Rest risk reward theory applicable and even Gmp works only when we get allotment. So wait for last minute crunch from Big players.
But not a worthy long term bet

The quality of Anchor Investor matters else Adlabs also had Anchor Investor paying 221 per share. Coming to pending issues are not that grave according to me and I can be wrong but I will apply. Coming to QIB & NII subscription that should always be checked in an IPO. As they say Demand & Supply determines the price in Economics. What propels demand or supply is more important though.

Please don''t call me sir. VRL IPO is worth subscription according to me. There''s very little chance of loss on listing, which is my priority. Capital protection is more important to sustain in the market and play for long.

I don''t care about the grey market premium but I just prefer aslight scalable businesses. This is not aslight but has good scope in the logistics sector. Lower Oil price augurs well for this company. I will apply for listing gains.
