Total subscription is .96 til 12. Looking at these figures the subscription will be more than double of Inox. So very less chance for allotment.

Can I apply from my Bank Account (ASBA) to some one else Demat account. Would provide the PAN of the Demat account holder? Can this work?

Looking at the info in this forum sale of vel application is more then buy. So is this saying that traders are shorting at this premium. IMO yes traders R presenting r going short

Lottery system in case if number of applicants are more than number of lots alloted to retail. In case of HNI it will be proportionate basis.
